How long does delivery take?
UK delivery takes 7–14 business days. We ship within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Is delivery really free?

Yes. International shipping is available at £23.99 and takes 7–14 business days.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund or replacement.
How do I return an item?

Are your car detailing products safe on all paint types?
Yes — all our detailing products are tested and safe for use on standard, metallic, and pearl paint finishes. Always read the product instructions before use.
Do dash cams come with memory cards?
Memory card inclusion varies by product — check individual product descriptions. We recommend a Class 10 or UHS-1 microSD card for best performance.
Are your tyre inflators compatible with car tyres?
Yes — all our inflators are compatible with standard car, SUV, and van tyres. Most also work with bicycle and sports equipment.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at support@autokeen.co.uk. Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.
I have not received my order — what should I do?
First check your tracking information. If your order is more than 14 business days late, contact us at support@autokeen.co.uk and we will resolve it immediately.
