Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.
- Personalised or hygiene-sealed items (e.g. toothbrushes removed from packaging) cannot be returned.
How to Return
Email us at hello@grandpaw.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
